Service Contracts

PBXperts' service expertise is what truly sets us apart from our competitors. The vast majority of our clients who have invested in a new IP Office system prefer the peace of mind that comes with a service contract. In addition to reliable response time, and scheduling priority, we are also able to offer a discount on all parts to our contracted clients.

Our service contracts are not one size fits all. We will evaluate your system, your needs, and your budget. We have found that our clients with service contracts greatly appreciate developing a long term relationship with us, as opposed to starting from scratch every time there is an issue; in the case of trying to deal with Avaya's support directly, one has to get through a couple layers of bureaucracy (by phone, of course) just to reach a technician. This non-local technician is not familiar with your system, and almost certainly won't show up any time soon to analyze it in person. When we have designed, installed and programmed it, it is like we are another department of your company, and we are incentivized to keep you completely satisfied with your system at all times, rather than hoping something breaks so we can charge you by the hour. Moreover, with IP Office and a remote login, we are able to take care of all basic administration tasks for free.
